Self Defense at the YMCA

This is an 8-week course taught by Sifu Slade. Sifu Slade will blend the arts of Wing Chun, Tai Chi, and Shaolin King Fu to provide a well-rounded and practical approach to self defense. This technique will help increase physical fitness, coordination, develop mental focus and discipline, boost self confidence and will give the participant a deeper understanding of traditional martial arts principles.

Program Overview

  • Classes are held once a week from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • 8 weeks / 1 session per week
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Member Price: $30.00
  • Non-Member Price: $60.00
