How do I access my YMCA Member Dashboard?
You can use this link to access the login page for your account.
Enter your account email or phone number and then your account password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can have a reset link issued to your email address on file.
How do I cancel my YMCA membership online?
There are two locations on your online member account that you can cancel membership.
Step 1: Log into your online account member dashboard. Click Here.
Step 2: Click the Manage Membership button at the top of the dashboard, or click the "Manage" link on your membership information.
Step 3: At the top right of the Manage Membership page click the "Cancel Membership" button.
Step 4: A pop-up screen will appear. Select a reason for cancellation and then verify by pressing the "Cancel Membership" button.
After completing these steps you should receive an on-screen confirmation message showing your membership end date and a link to any outstanding balances. You will receive a confirmation email with cancellation details at the email address on file.
PLEASE NOTE: Program/lesson registrations, and other non-membership services are NOT automatically canceled. You will need to manage these items separately.
Regardless of what day of the month membership is canceled, membership will end with the last day of the current month, any fees due for the month will still be charged on the 15th of the month. The following month and all future membership charges, will be canceled.
