When do these new benefits begin?
All additional Family Membership perks begin Memorial Day 2026.
Who is eligible for these benefits?
These benefits are available to active YMCA Family Memberships only.
Only individuals listed under the Family Membership are eligible for free access.
How do I access free admission to partner locations?
Members must show their active Family Membership status using the YMCA of Broome County mobile app at participating locations.
Please note:
- Only members listed on the Family Membership will receive free admission
- Each individual may be asked to verify their membership through the app
How do Rumble Ponies tickets work?
E-tickets are available for games.
Members must contact YMCA Membership at least one day in advance to reserve tickets.
How do the ASTC Galaxy passes work?
- A limited number of passes (10 total) are available
- Passes can be checked out at the West Family Y front desk
- Provide access to 350+ science centers nationwide
- Availability is first come, first served
What about Black Bears hockey tickets?
Family members will receive discounts on tickets during the upcoming season. More details will be shared as the season approaches.
