Senior Fitness Testing

9:00am-12:30pm at the West Family YMCA

Join us for a follow up to see how your numbers have improved since January. Participants will complete a series of tests to help determine your current fitness level and see how you can improve throughout the year. If you missed that January testing, you can still attend the May testing.

Fitness Test includes:

Test 1 -  Chair sit to stand

Test 2 -  Dumbbell arm curl

Test 3 -  Chair sit-and-reach

Test 4 -  Up & go

Test 5 -  6 minute walk
