Senior Fitness Testing

January 21st 

9:00am-Noon at the West Family YMCA

Start your new year with a commitment to fitness. Members will participate in a series of tests to help determine your current fitness level and see how you can improve throughout the year.

Fitness Test includes:

Test 1 -  Dumbbell arm curl

Test 2 -  Chair sit to stand

Test 3 -  Up and Go

Test 4 -  Chair sit & toe reach

Test 5 -  Scratch test
