Senior Fitness Testing

Join us at our fitness testing to assess what areas you can work on to enhance your overall well-being, physical strength and flexibility. There will be a series of tests to determine your current fitness level to see how you can improve throughout the year.

Fitness Test includes:

Test 1 -  Chair sit to stand

Test 2 -  Dumbbell arm curl

Test 3 -  Chair sit-and-reach

Test 4 -  Up & go

Test 5 -  6 minute walk
