BUMP, SET, SPIKE!
The Y’s volleyball leagues offer the perfect opportunity for adults to stay active and connected, develop new skills, and explore new interests. You might even discover a renewed passion for the game! Games will be played on weeknights, depending on the league. All teams are co-ed and registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ages: 16 years and older
Dates: January 5 - April 2, 2026
All leagues are Co-Ed:
6 person leagues - cannot have more than three men on the court at a time
4 person leagues - cannot have more than two men on the court at a time

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your team's spot in each league. The remaining balance is due by January 15, 2026.
