Whether you want to manage your weight, participate in sports conditioning during the off-season, or simply live healthier, we have a personal training program for you. Our certified personal trainers will guide you through a custom workout program that is tailored to meet your specific goals.

  • First, sit down with a personal trainer for a free one-hour consultation to assess your current fitness level, past medical history, and your fitness goals and needs. 
  • Next, get started on a plan designed specifically for you to meet and exceed your goals!
  • Our certified trainers will work with you one-on-one to provide you the guidance, motivation, and expertise to take you to the next level of fitness. Conquer your goals!

Nutrition Counseling

We are now offering Nutrition Counseling sessions! Do you have questions about food labels, whats actually "healthy," or have special dietary needs? Learn how to properly utilize the tools to live a healthier lifestyle on a daily basis with the help of our certified Nutrition and Wellness Coordinator. Sessions can be purchased individually or can be bundled with Personal Training sessions.

70 Day Weight Loss Challenge

 70 days to a happier, healthier version of yourself.  This program includes workout and nutrition classes, progress tracking, and a holistic approach to becoming the you that you want to be! 

  • In the introduction class you’ll do initial measurements: (blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, body composition) These will be used to track progress through the program and show individual improvement. We will then measure again at the end of the 70 days to track total improvements made.
  • (2) 1 hour long exercise classes each week: Monday & Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm. We will do a variety of workouts that include cardio, strength, and flexibility that will mostly be done in the form of circuits and intervals.
  • 2-3 nutrition classes within the 70 days that will cover basic nutrition information like how to manage a healthy diet without any fancy bells & whistles, and addressing any individual dietary needs and/or concerns.
  • Modifications can be made through all aspects of the program.
  • $125 for members. $250 for non-members.
