Stay Health-Y Fitness Challenge

Date: March 30 - April 29, 2020

It is important now, more than ever, that we continue to come together as a Y movement to remain connected and foster a sense of community. With that being said, our wellness team has created an all-new, virtual scan challenge, Stay Health-Y, for members to keep moving and be active in ways that may have never been thought of before while at home.

Here's how it works:

  • This scan challenge will run for 31 days from 3/30-4/29.
  • Participants will fill out a new web form to scan in and log points each day.
  • One minute of activity is equivalent to one point.
  • Track and complete at least 400 minutes of activity on a web form page throughout the course of 31 days (3/30-4/29)
  • Compete with Y members to see who can rack up the most points and scans - the individual with the most scans and points at the end of the 31 days wins!

What you need to know:

  • You will need to click the link below to scan in and log your points each day.
  • You will need submit a NEW web form EVERY DAY to scan in and track your activity and points.
  • Participants can only scan in once a day. Keep in mind that if you do not scan in, your points will not count for that specific day as backlogging will not be allowed.
