About our Sessions:
Pam has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is currently certified in Personal Training, and a variety of group exercise classes, including aquatic fitness, kickboxing, Tai Chi, Zumba, and Aqua Zumba.
Pam has worked with clients ranging from 14 to 80 years of age, with an emphasis on assessment and individualized programming to help clients ‘move well’. Training with Pam will include compound exercises using free weights and a variety of tools including stability and bender balls, tubing, and gliding discs.

Hi, I’m Billy Mann! I grew up in Vestal, and have I participated in both Track and Cross-Country throughout grade school and college. I went on to complete my Bachelor’s degree in both Wellness Management and Marketing at SUNY Oswego. In my spare time enjoy snowboarding, basketball, exercise, and many other things! I am continuing my education with the goal of becoming a certified Athletic Trainer, and specialize in nutrition for athletes.
I enjoy helping clients to reach their exercise goals, whether it be getting strong, losing weight, or training for sports. Through my athletic career and education, I have gained extensive experience and knowledge in strength training, long distance training, and did vertical jump training research in college. I also have experience in nutrition through interning with a Registered Dietitian.

My philosophy of personal training is to always put the client first, and focus on what they want to achieve. I prioritize safety and proper form with everything we do to create training habits that will last a lifetime! I do my best to motivate and always give encouragement along the way! Strength training is my personal area of expertise as I have the most experience with that type of training, however I am always willing to help a client conquer any other goals may want to achieve.
I graduated with a B.S. in Health & Exercise Science from Syracuse University with a minor in coaching. Currently I am applying for graduate school to get a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During my undergraduate career I did an internships at Crouse Hospital for inpatient physical therapy, various physical therapy clinics, as well as a few strength & conditioning locations. At Syracuse, I worked with the football team where I got a chance to work with the athletic trainers and strength & conditioning coaches. I helped run a club at Syracuse called ‘Orange Physique’, where less experienced students would train with me to get more comfortable in a gym setting and exercise!

Hello! My name Zach Eggleston and I have been a personal trainer for over three years now. I attended SUNY Cortland and received my B.S. in Fitness Development in May of 2015. I am also currently enrolled at SUNY Broome where I am pursuing an education to become a physical therapy assistant. I have always been a physically active individual. In high school I ran cross-country, track, played basketball, and played baseball in college. I have been an avid weight lifter for 10 years and counting.
Throughout my training career I have worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from all different ages and fitness levels. I have also worked with sports teams and done group based fitness training. My main focus is in strength and conditioning.
I believe exercise and personal fitness is a necessity that everyone should have in their lives. The benefits physical activity offers and the opportunities it can create are endless! Goals and growth can be attained through consistent action. Whether that ambition is to lose weight, compete in a power lifting competition, or to simply establish a well-rounded exercise regimen. Any goal can be accomplished through three concepts: Envisioning, planning, and executing. Envision the goal, plan on how that goal can be attained, and consistently execute that plan.

Sports, exercise, and fitness has been a lifestyle and passion since me and my older brother learned basketball and baseball from our dad when we were toddlers.
As a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, I’ve trained clients and athletes ranging from high school and college student athletes striving for the next level, older adults wanting to be stronger and healthier, amateur and professional adult athletes, and many with little experience looking to get fit. I’ve had the opportunity to help dozens of people in a wide variety of sports and activities, including: baseball, weight loss, strength gain, softball, football, golf, basketball, gardening, Olympic Weightlifting, volleyball, mixed martial arts, and snowboarding, and more.
While my passion is in helping youth athletes learn to exercise safely and effectively for sport performance, I am happy to help anybody reach their fitness goals!
My health & fitness journey started about 20 years ago when after decades of a sedentary lifestyle when I joined the YMCA. In my first year I lost over 100 pounds and began my fitness education to continue making progress. I have been a Personal Trainer at the YMCA of Broome County since 2002, and have trained over 40 members who have reached goals of weight loss and general fitness. Many clients have very specific physical and performance goals such as hiking the Himalayans in Nepal, improving their golf game, Strength & Conditioning, running, triathlons, swimming, figure skating, and much more.
My personal training philosophy is each training program needs to be tailored to the specific goals and physical limitations of each client. Contrary to what the latest fitness fad or infomercial tells you, there is no one program that fits everyone and each individual responds differently to any physical stimulus. For someone to continue making progress the program needs to be modified, changed and include progression.
I understand what it takes to make a lifestyle change, some of the hurdles you may encounter, how to overcome them and continue on a healthy journey. I enjoy working with people and my reward is seeing you make progress and reach your goal.
