Group Exercise Classes

Working out doesn't have to mean logging solo time on the treadmill or elliptical machine! Participation in YMCA group exercise classes offer opportunities for friendship, community and camaraderie. The Y offers group exercise classes, so our members can make fitness a healthy and fun part of their lifestyle. All group exercise classes are free with your YMCA membership.
