Beginner Classes

Aqua Pilates

Build up strength & flexibility, with a focus on the core muscles, by using gentle movements with the buoyancy & resistance of water to tone muscles and improve posture.

Rusty Hinges

Increase your range of motion, strengthen muscles & enhance your flexibility. You will improve balance, while relieving pain & stiffness associated with arthritis and other similar diseases.

Water Walking

Join our shallow water class for a low impact, low intensity water therapy. In this class we focus on balance, coordination, range of motion and muscle strengthening.

Aqua Body Blast

Set your own pace as you enjoy the benefits of water. Using water resistance & equipment, you will enhance your flexibility, muscle strength and cardiorespiratory fitness to develop a healthier you.

Aqua - Zumba

Make a splash with this low impact, high energy class. We blend Zumba™ philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn't miss!
